The conventional screw adjusting translation table is driven by precision threaded screw and operated by hand wheel rotation. The translation table itself has self-locking performance. After adjustment in place, the user does not operate the hand wheel, and the table position will not change. There are scales on the side of the translation table, so that customers can read the approximate position. There is also a hand wheel with micrometer drum reading, and the minimum reading can reach 0.01mm.
The translation platform is divided into two forms: light load and heavy load. Among them, the light load translation platform adopts dovetail guide rail structure, which is suitable for occasions with light load and low requirements for moving parallelism; The heavy-duty translation table adopts the cross roller guide rail structure, which has greater bearing capacity and better moving stability and stability. There are mounting holes on the bottom of the translation table, which can be directly fixed on various optical plates and optical platforms with screws for operation.
The translation table is driven by precision threaded screw. The screw has three pitch specifications of 0.5, 1 and 2. The smaller the pitch, the higher the resolution and the slower the adjustment speed. The customer can select the appropriate translation table and equip it with the appropriate pitch according to the needs, as long as it is marked and distinguished in the model.
