Because f550 > f266, the processing area of ultraviolet light (wavelength 266nm) is slightly smaller than that of the mask image of visible light (wavelength 550nm). The resolution and single focal depth of the objective in the above specification column are calculated based on the reference wavelength (λ = 0.55µm).
